All orders ship from Finland and include tracking details once dispatched.

We dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping. 

Finland

Delivery time: 1–3 business days.

Europe

Delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Duties & taxes: Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of World

Delivery time: 5–10 business days.

Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns are eligible for a refund only — exchanges are not available.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Free from damage

• With all original tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact info@kpcbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and the return address by email.

Once the return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method; original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
